Booking Policies

By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms below. I want your experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible! 💕

Payments & Refunds

  • A small deposit is required to secure your appointment time.
  • The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment and can be paid in CASH or via CASHAPP.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, but I'm happy to work with you on rescheduling!

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Life happens! Please give me at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment — just reach out!
  • No-shows without notice will result in loss of deposit, so please communicate with me.

Running Late?

  • No worries — just shoot me a message on Instagram @carlaminkco if you're running late or need to push your appointment back a bit!
  • I'm usually pretty flexible, so just communicate with me and we'll figure it out together. 😊
  • If you're more than 20 minutes late without letting me know, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Contact Lens Reminder

  • Please remove your contact lenses before your appointment for your comfort and safety.
  • Feel free to bring your glasses or lens case with you!

Your Consent

  • By booking, you're confirming that you're choosing to receive lash services from me.
  • I'm always happy to answer any questions before or during your appointment!
  • Results can vary from person to person, and I'll do my best to give you the lashes you're dreaming of.

Health & Safety

  • Please let me know about any allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions, or recent cosmetic procedures before your appointment.
  • Your safety and comfort are my top priority, so don't hesitate to share anything that might be helpful!
  • Lash services carry some inherent risks (like potential irritation or sensitivity), but I take every precaution to minimize these.

Aftercare Tips

  • I'll give you aftercare instructions to help your lashes last as long as possible!
  • Taking good care of your lashes at home makes a big difference in how they look and last.
